  • By booking a session with FreezeMemories, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  1. Booking & Payments
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Full payment must be made before the final delivery of photos.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session may incur a cancellation fee.
  1. Photography Rights & Usage
  • All images taken by FreezeMemories remain our intellectual property.
  • Clients receive personal usage rights; commercial use requires prior written permission.
  • We reserve the right to use images for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
  1. Delivery & Editing
  • Edited photos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.
  • Raw/unedited images are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon.
  • Additional editing requests may incur extra charges.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients must arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
  • Any special requests should be discussed before the session.
  • FreezeMemories is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the client’s failure to comply with guidelines.
  1. Liability & Refunds
  • We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather or equipment failure.
  • If a session must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will coordinate a new date.
  • Refunds are only issued in extreme cases at our discretion.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • Personal information provided by clients will be kept confidential and used solely for booking and service-related purposes.
  • We do not share client data with third parties.
