Refund Policy
Effective Date: 6/1/2021

At FreezeMemories Photography, we are committed to providing high-quality photography services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Booking Deposits
  • All deposits made to secure a booking are non-refundable.
  • If a client cancels their session, the deposit will not be returned but may be used as a credit for future bookings at our discretion.
  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • If a client cancels within 48 hours of the scheduled session, no refund will be issued.
  • If FreezeMemories Photography cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Clients may reschedule their session once without penalty if done at least 72 hours in advance.
  1. Service Dissatisfaction
  • Due to the nature of photography services, refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the final images.
  • Clients are encouraged to discuss their expectations prior to the shoot.
  • Minor edits or adjustments may be accommodated at our discretion, but extensive revisions may incur additional charges.
  1. Technical Issues & Refund Eligibility
  • In the event of technical failure (e.g., camera malfunction, corrupted files) that results in a complete loss of images, the client is eligible for a full refund or a rescheduled session.
  • FreezeMemories Photography is not responsible for loss of images due to third-party platforms after delivery.
  1. Digital & Printed Products
  • All sales of digital and printed images are final. No refunds or exchanges are available once the files or prints have been delivered.
  • If a printed product arrives damaged due to shipping issues, clients must notify us within 7 days for a replacement.
  1. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
